Marcia has worked as a senior manager with over 30 years’ experience in development and delivery of services both in corporate and human service environments. Starting her career as a registered psychologist Marcia developed and delivered a range of community and allied health services to varied client groups including the training sector. Marcia’s experience in service delivery roles provides a practical and grounded understanding of the service environment and challenges.
Marcia began her early career in the disability sector, working with families and people with disability (PWD) during the roll out of the de-institutionalisation reform. After 15 years in direct service Marcia broadened her expertise by moving into human resources with specific interest in workforce planning and design. She has worked across a number of industries including vocational training (including management of an RTO); hospitality; tourism and human services building her expertise in job and service design and organisational development. Marcia is a member of The Australian Human Resources Institute.
Marcia has strong industrial relations experience across these industries and can apply her experience to find creative solutions to workforce problems.
OHS, Risk and Quality Management Advisor
Phil has over 40 years’ of experience in a variety of roles including fresh food manufacturing, catering, manufacturing, disability and aged care and over 10 years experience teaching in the Certificate IV, Diploma.
For the past six years Phil has been designing and delivering training and businesses with OHS solutions at Gallagher Bassett.
Phil believes that safety is about good management and focused leadership. He advocates that the objective of effective and efficient Occupation Health and Safety is to help people to be better managers and that effective Workplace Health and Well being is about developing a cadre of people who behave safely all the time.
Phil states that occupational Health and safety is “about going back to the basics of how good people do their work and then apply that framework of an appropriate safety process as an overlay. It’s about creating a questioning attitude, a rigorous and prudent approach, and necessary communication to ensure all aspects of an effective safety culture is developed in individuals.”

Terrie is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI). Terrie holds a Master of Business Leadership, Grad Dip in Auslan (Language), Grad Dip in Health Services Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment along with other HR and OHS qualifications.
She has a broad background in general management and extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations. She has worked in the health and community services, disability and aged care sectors, in senior management and leadership roles for over 30 years in both metropolitan and rural Victoria. Terrie has experience in industrial relations, workplace culture and workforce planning.
